Even though I ended up with a slightly different setup (I used the filter at http://aide.sivit.org/index.php?2007/07/17/215-installer-spamassassin-sur-postfix#pnote-215-1
I managed to solve my issue (or the issue solved itself  )
The problem could have been that sendmail was in a different location than as refered to in the script. (it is worth running a quick
$ which spamc
$ which sendmail
etc. to make sure all components are were the script looks for them.
Another possible solution (insert smiley for "shame on me here") is that I simply had not started the spamassassin daemon (in fact I had not
realised it was a daemon!)
in Ubuntu, the command was of course
$ /etc/init.d/spamassassin start
Iam still getting a few errors in the logs (e.g. spamd: failed to create readable default_prefs: /nonexistent/.spamassassin/user_prefs ) but the
filter does its job. Spams are being redirected to an email address I created for that purpose. If all works well, I'll just get rid of them all
together.

That did it. I was looking for a configuration file that is just non-existent on my installation. Added -m 50 to start up have made things much
better.

I also always delivered to undisclosed-recipients with empty body of the message.I get every time this kind of error..Help me..
